The first quarter of 2021 has seen varying performances from the top tycoon games in Brazil. According to Sensor Tower data, these games have demonstrated unique trends in downloads, revenue, and weekly active users. Here's a closer look at how each game fared in the Brazilian market.

Playrix's Township showed an interesting trend with a peak in downloads at the start of January at roughly 101K, followed by a decline and another peak in late March at approximately 84K. Weekly active users started strong at 686K in late December but saw a decrease to 637K by the end of March.

Supercell's Hay Day experienced a stable revenue pattern with a noteworthy increase to $35K in the first week of January. Downloads remained relatively consistent, hovering around 30K to 35K, while weekly active users saw a gradual increase from 262K to 309K by the quarter's end.

For My Cafe — Restaurant Game, downloads began at around 68K in late December and declined to 37K by the end of March. The game's weekly active users saw a decrease from 133K to 103K in the same period.
